Anyone and everyone who steps into a gym, desire of having a great body. Without doubt it is every man's dream to have a V-shaped upper body. Howard Wilner, a fitness expert reveals some secrets that will help people gain their desired bodies and look more attractive, simply on the basis of their work out.
Almost all of us have heard that in order to get a perfect V-shaped body one must have broad back muscles and developed lats. Howard Wilner agrees to this, but adds that besides this in order to have a perfect V-shaped body; one must concentrate on building a powerful chest and big strong shoulder muscles, which also helps in getting a slim waist. Howard Wilner here discusses how to get those big strong muscles.
Howard Wilner firmly believes that in order to have a good V-shaped body, one must concentrate on building big deltoids. Howard Wilner tells us that our shoulder muscles basically consist of anterior deltoid, medial deltoid and posterior deltoid. All three shoulder muscles must be worked upon with equal training to have big shoulders, first step for having a good V-shaped body. Besides working out on the shoulder, Howard Wilner says that one must concentrate on having wide back. One can have wide back by increasing the width of your lats. Exercises like chin-ups, close-grip seated rows and T-bar rows can be of a great help. To add thickness to your upper back muscles, you can do bent-over barbell rows.
Next, Howard Wilner says one must focus on training the chest. While training your chest, upper chest should be your main concern. You can increase muscularity in your upper chest by starting your workout with inclined barbell or dumbbell presses instead of the regular bench press. You can also add inclined flys to your schedule to add mass and definition to your pectoral muscles. Inclined presses will also help in adding mass to your front deltoids.
By adding these exercises to your schedule, Howard Wilner is sure that any one can get the perfect V-shaped upper body, one that you have always been aspiring for.
